After an initial consult and onboarding, our sales teams or audit process can be active and delivering value fast.

Recruitment, depending on the level of experience and location, can take up to 3 months for finding the right match.

Do we have to commit long term?

We work with a minimum 12‑month agreement to ensure meaningful results, with opt‑out evaluation points after 3 and 6 months.

Will the services provided by M3SE increase our fixed costs?

No. Our model is built for flexibility. You gain capacity and expertise without adding permanent headcount or overhead.

Can M3SE handle international markets?

Yes. Our teams include experienced professionals who have successfully opened and scaled sales in multiple countries. We can work remotely and on a hybrid structure.

How do you ensure quality and results?

Every sales team is guided by a dedicated coach and manager. Our audits provide clear KPIs, and our recruitment is based on 25+ years of matching talent to growth phases.

What does a Sales Audit include?

A thorough review of your sales process, pipeline, data, and execution. You get a detailed report, clear action points, and monthly updates to keep improving.

The Sales Audit can be remotely or on premise, depending on availability, need and cost efficiency.

Do you also train our team?

Yes. As part of our services, we offer bi‑weekly online training sessions with our coaches, sharing best practices and actionable tactics.

This is included when signing up for a Sales Audit and on-demand sales teams.

In case we recruit a new team member for our clients, the recruited employee is offered to join the M3SE bi-weekly online training during the first 6 months of her/ his contract.

What does it cost to work with you?

We offer clear, transparent pricing.

  • Our Sales Teams are available from €300 per hour. 40 hours a week.

  • A Sales Audit is €750 a month and includes monthly improvement updates and a follow‑up audit every six months.

  • Our Recruitment fees are fixed: €10,000 for a junior, €15,000 for a medior, and €20,000 for a senior sales professional.

  • Want a Weekly Sales Boost? We offer a special Weekly Salesstart boost package that includes:

    • Weekly special emails with high valuable insights and input for Sales teams and their management to reach their targets,

    • Join our online sales trainings with up to 5 sales professionals.

    • Join our exclusive M3SE LinkedIn group, dedicated to warm introductions, idea sharing, and collaborative brainstorming.


    You only pay for what you need each month, with no hidden fees. We offer the flexibility to stop after 3 or 6 months, and we carry out a full evaluation at 10 months.
